Development Plan Ichalkaranji (approved) land acquisition, Reservation No. IV/23 “Parking and 18 m wide Development Plan road”, Mouje Shahapur, Survey No. 20235 (Gut No. 499 part), regarding the acquisition of 600 sq. m. area, under Section 126(4) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, along with Section 19 of the new Land Acquisition Act, 2013, and regarding the publication of the notification and the declaration notice under Section 21 (1) and (2).
