Development Plan Ichalkaranji (approved) land acquisition, Reservation No. IV/30, “Playground”, Mouje Shahapur, Survey No. 19524 (part) (Gut No. 391 part), regarding the acquisition of approximately 2132 sq. m. area, under Section 126(4) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, along with Section 19 of the new Land Acquisition Act, 2013, and regarding the publication of the notification and the declaration notice under Section 21 (1) and (2).
